What is a certified collection

This tutorial introduces what a certified collection is and what it does

Our certification process guarantees the authenticity of an NFT. This means that every certified collection sold through the Kalao Marketplace is the original collection of the associated project team.

Any project wishing to be certified must provide Kalao with various information such as website, social media links, roadmap, and all information related to the collection, including minting process, the number of mints, the price of the mint, the associated royalties and of course, the address of the contract to verify its compliance. Based on discussions with the project team and the viability of what they are proposing, we will decide whether or not to certify them on the Kalao marketplace.
